ATF beat Shoebury to win SCFL while records tumble in 19 goal Leigh thriller

ATF were crowned SCFL Champions on Saturday following a comfortable 7-1 victory over Shoebury. Headlined with another hat-trick for Ash Jenkinson along with a brace from Crouchy with Cymba and Amir also scoring, ATF again proved too strong and sealed their 4th League Title.
Congratulations to everyone at ATF - a phenomenal year and well deserved regaining of the SCFL Trophy!

Meanwhile, in the Battle of the Leighs, Leigh Road edged out West Leigh in a 10-9 thriller. Fantastic finishing was the order of the day as both teams barely missed a trick in front of goal with Leigh Road finally scoring the winner in added on time to take the 3 points.
In a game for the SCFL Record Books, 19 goals were scored smashing the previous record of 15 goals for a single SCFL game set back in 2010.
