An all round team performance saw ATF beat SCF 3-1 and top the SCFL table. In a strong first half showing, ATF scored through Zii and Amir to deservedly lead approaching HT. SCF though struck back through Oli Martin to peg ATF back and go in 2-1 down. SCF took that momentum into the second half but missed two good chances to draw level. ATF however were a threat throughout with their pacey front line causing SCF problems and eventually the scored their third to wrap up the win.
Leigh Rd and Shoebury had a defensive battle in tough conditions with just the one goal deciding the outcome. Leigh Road's Nathan Gray came up with it to make it back to back wins and go into a clash with ATF next Saturday in good form.
