SCFL 2019/20 Season Kicks Off!

The SCFL kicked off on Saturday 28th September with defending champions SCF travelling to West Leigh and 2018/19 Cup winners ATF hosting Shoebury Baptist at Cupids.

SCF edged past West Leigh 1-0 courtesy of a goal by SCF goalkeeper Jack Broad, smashing a free kick from midway inside the SCF half towards the West Leigh goal and wrong footing the WLBFC defence to bounce into the top corner.

ATF and Shoebury played out a 6 goal thriller with ATF coming out on top 4-2. The SCFL's Golden Boot from 2018/19 Ash Jenkinson grabbed a brace to ensure ATF took home the points.
